The Opportunity
We are looking for an industry-leading expert at the intersection of AI, talent, and workforce transformation.
As Senior Director, AI Advisor – Talent & Workforce, you will become one of Eightfold's most visible executives, partnering directly with CHROs, Chief People Officers, CIOs, and executive leadership teams as they redesign how work gets done in the AI era.
This is a strategic advisory role—not a product development or engineering position. Your expertise will help customers understand how AI can be deployed responsibly, transparently, and effectively across talent processes while building confidence among executives, hiring managers, recruiters, employees, and other stakeholders.
You will advise some of the world's largest enterprises, influence the future direction of TalentForge, and help shape the industry's perspective on responsible AI in HR.
What You'll Do
Advise Enterprise Leaders on AI-Powered Talent Transformation
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams as they modernize recruiting, workforce planning, internal mobility, and talent management.
- Help customers understand how AI-powered talent decisions are made and how to build transparent, explainable, and trusted talent processes.
- Guide organizations in designing governance models that balance AI automation with human judgment.
- Translate emerging AI regulations and industry standards into practical business strategies.
- Lead executive workshops, board-level briefings, customer advisory sessions, and strategic transformation engagements.
Partner with Customers to Design the Future of Work
Working alongside TalentForge delivery teams, you will help customers redesign how work happens inside their organizations.
You will:
- Design AI-enabled workforce processes that improve business outcomes while maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Develop governance frameworks that define where AI should assist, where humans remain accountable, and how organizations measure success.
- Advise clients on organizational change, workforce readiness, and adoption strategies.
- Capture best practices and transform them into scalable methodologies that accelerate future customer success.
Shape Industry Thought Leadership
As one of Eightfold's public voices, you will help define how enterprises think about responsible AI in talent.
You will:
- Represent Eightfold at industry conferences, executive forums, analyst briefings, and customer events.
- Publish research, articles, and frameworks on AI, workforce transformation, and responsible innovation.
- Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to develop compelling executive content.
- Engage with customers through podcasts, webinars, and executive roundtables.
- Help shape industry conversations around the future of AI in work.
What Success Looks Like
Within 6 Months
- Become a trusted advisor on Eightfold's most strategic customer opportunities.
- Develop repeatable executive messaging around AI transparency and responsible adoption.
- Help establish governance and AI advisory best practices across TalentForge engagements.
- Publish your first major external thought leadership content.
Within 12 Months
- Become recognized by customers as a trusted executive advisor on AI and workforce transformation.
- Contribute directly to strategic customer wins and long-term executive relationships.
- Establish scalable governance frameworks adopted across customer engagements.
- Build an external reputation as a leading voice on AI in HR and the future of work.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise HR, talent acquisition, workforce strategy, HR technology, management consulting, or related advisory roles.
- Deep expertise across recruiting, workforce planning, internal mobility, skills strategy, and enterprise talent transformation.
- Exceptional ability to explain complex AI concepts to executive business audiences in practical, understandable terms.
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled talent technologies, including matching, ranking, skills intelligence, explainability, and emerging agentic AI capabilities.
- Familiarity with evolving AI and employment regulations, including global frameworks impacting HR technology and automated decision-making.
- Executive presence with the ability to advise C-suite leaders and facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through public speaking, published content, research, or industry participation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, HR technology, or consulting in a customer-facing executive advisory or evangelist role.
- Experience working with multinational organizations navigating global workforce transformation.
- Familiarity with European Works Councils, employee representative bodies, or global labor governance.
- Existing reputation as a thought leader within the HR technology or AI community.
