The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Manager to lead all aspects of order fulfillment and inventory operations. This individual will be responsible for managing the full order lifecycle—from receiving inbound inventory and SKU setup to order processing and VIP fulfillment—while maintaining exceptional service levels and operational efficiency.

This is a highly collaborative role, interfacing regularly with logistics providers, CX managers, and internal stakeholders to drive fulfillment excellence.

Candidates must be based out of NYC or SF and able to be in office 5 days/week.

How you’ll contribute

  • Own and manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-efficient delivery

  • Manage VIP and high-priority order fulfillment with white-glove attention

  • SKU management, including product attributes, regional configurations, and compliance data (e.g., tariff codes)

  • Build and maintain an internal, comprehensive product catalog containing SKU numbers, descriptions, weights, dimensions, cost, MSRP, commodity codes, etc.

  • Utilize 3PLs’ Inventory Management Systems or Warehouse Management Systems to track and manage inventory levels

  • Partner with tech teams to improve system integrations and automation where possible

  • Partner with tech teams to develop reporting on key fulfillment KPIs such as Perfect Order Rate, on-time shipping, and fulfillment cost per unit across all markets

  • Support the Director of Planning & Logistics by identifying potential inventory shortages or gaps, particularly around replacement parts

  • Collaborate with the China-based logistics team to create inbound receiving orders for factory shipments

  • Work closely with customer service to resolve fulfillment-related inquiries and ensure SLAs are met

  • Liaise with logistics service providers to ensure seamless shipping and delivery operations

What you need to succeed:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in fulfillment, operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

  • Strong knowledge of IMS and WMS platforms and other relevant tools (e.g., ERP, EDI systems)

  • Proven track record of improving cost-efficiency

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking KPIs and reporting

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across departments and external partners

Nice to have:

  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) and/or e-commerce fulfillment environments

  • Familiarity with international shipping, customs documentation, and regional compliance requirements

  • Experience working with 3PLs and logistics service providers
