Job Title : - Engineering Head

Role Overview: -

We are seeking a visionary Engineering Head to lead our engineering and design initiatives aimed at achieving scalable, cost-effective, and efficient solutions for our agricultural operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of design for scaling, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-impact results.

Responsibilities: -

1. Engineering Scalable Solutions:

a. Develop designs and systems to support large-scale agricultural operations.

b. Innovate growing chambers that are cost-effective, easy to install, and tailored for scalability.

2. Cost Optimization:

a. Drive initiatives to reduce capital expenditure (CapEx) while maintaining quality and performance standards.Use surveying tools and software to develop accurate project plans.

3. Climate Control Efficiency:

a. Improve and optimize climate control mechanisms to perform effectively across diverse geographies

4. Farm Labor Tools:

a. Design and engineer tools/mechanisms to enhance farm labor efficiency and productivity.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination:

a. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing design team..

b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and end-users, to ensure practical implementation of solutions.

6. Planning & Budget Management:

a. Develop comprehensive plans and budgets for projects and ensure strict adherence to timelines and financial constraints.

b. Deliver timely results that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

Required skills and qualifications: -

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Agricultural, or related field)

· Minimum 8-10 years in design/engineering roles, with at least 3 years in leadership.

· Proven experience in scaling designs for large-scale operations.

· Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks,FEA).

· Knowledge of climate control systems and agricultural infrastructure is a plus.

· Demonstrated ability to build and lead multidisciplinary teams.
