Roles and Responsibilities -

• Sampling and testing of water, soil, cocopeat, and plants along with plant tissue analysis to assess nutrient levels and overall plant health.
• Analysing sampling data to identify trends and insights, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for improvement and development.
• Operating water testing instruments, ensuring precise results, and maintaining proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Providing training for co-workers on test procedures and the use of laboratory equipment.
• Utilising scientific knowledge to develop reliable methodologies and apply critical thinking to solve complex issues with materials, technology, or processes.
• Following best practices in laboratory procedures as outlined by ISO and APHA standards.

Qualification -

• M.Sc in Chemistry or Soil Science, or a degree in biotechnology
• Good knowledge of analytical, organic and inorganic chemistry
• Good communication and Computer skills
• 1-2 years of proven experience of working in a similar field.

Note: This is a full-time position based out of Kota, Rajasthan, with a salary based on the candidate's skills and experience.
