At Salesloft, our Product Marketers are pivotal to our company’s success. They play a key role in partnering across sales, product, customer success, and marketing to drive our go-to-market (GTM) messaging and positioning and help enable our customer-facing teams. You will be a key member of our high-performing core product marketing team responsible for our GTM motion.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- GTM: Collaborate closely with our product organization to build and execute go-to-market strategies for existing and new product solutions.
- Product Launches: Partner with product management, marketing and sales to execute and optimize our launch process to bring new and enhanced products to market.
- Technical Enablement: Work closely with sales and post-sales enablement to foster strong technical understanding of our platform capabilities.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with revenue and enablement to execute training to educate internal teams on the go-to-market, positioning, messaging, differentiation etc.
- Positioning: Develop product positioning that showcases our differentiation aligned to our key target audiences and drive internal alignment on the messaging.
- Product Enthusiast: Be the go-to subject matter expert for your products’ positioning, competitive differentiation, and demoflow to both internal and external audiences.
- Adoption: Partner with product and customer success to drive higher customer engagement within the platform and understand and solve for inhibitors to adoption.
- Customer Voice: Serve as a voice of the customer to the company. This includes gaining a deep understanding of—and driving—customer engagement with the product, throughout their lifecycle (pre-adoption, post-adoption/purchase, and after churning).
- Product Content: Work collaboratively with Marketing disciplines including; brand content and creative, partner and customer marketing, field and event marketing and demand gen to create content that supports our sellers and informs our buyers.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute content pushing the boundaries of best practices in the industry.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Work with product management to deliver GTM resources related to various regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Analyst & Customer Relations: Collaborate and support activities related to analyst & customer relations that can include representing your product innovations in various surveys, interviews, and events.
THE TEAM:
Our Salesloft PMM team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming product marketers
THE SKILL SET:
- 2-3 years relevant experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales Engineering, and/or Strategic Consulting.
- Experience presenting to both internal audiences and customers.
- Analytical skills in gathering information from various sources and teasing out the “so-what” and effectively communicating differentiated positioning to our cross-functional teams.
- High level of empathy - it’s important for our product marketers to be a good person to their marketing peers, internal partners, and customers.
- A relationship builder that prioritizes ‘we’ and does not focus on ‘me’.
- Proven ability to both manage change and be a change agent to achieve results.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
