Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: India, Hybrid

This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Bengaluru, India office as needed. Candidates must be based in India.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Clari + Salesloft Talent Team is grounded in partnership, collaboration, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences from the very first interaction. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our hiring efforts and ensuring every step of the process runs smoothly. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams while helping create a thoughtful, seamless experience for every candidate. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our hiring efforts and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams. Your day-to-day impact will include:

  • Coordinate interviews: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule interviews across teams and time zones
  • Support high-volume hiring: Provide coordination support for recruiters, helping processes move efficiently
  • Own the details: Confirm availability, track scheduling logistics, and keep every step of the process on course
  • Create great candidate experiences: Ensure every interaction is thoughtful, professional, and reflective of our brand
  • Maintain recruiting systems: Manage job postings in our ATS and initiate background checks
  • Stay agile: Balance multiple priorities while identifying opportunities to improve our processes
  • Pitch in where needed: Assist with sourcing and support recruiting projects as needed

THE SKILL SET:

  • 1+ years of experience: You’ve supported recruiting coordination, project coordination, administrative operations, or similar work — ideally in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Comfortable with recruiting tools: Experience using platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Candidate.fyi, Google Workspace, and Zoom, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Organized and detail-oriented: Able to manage multiple priorities, coordinate scheduling with accuracy, and keep stakeholders informed while ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Proactive team player: Take pride in your work, anticipate needs, and step in to help solve problems. You’re comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and cross-functional partners
  • Candidate experience minded: Enjoy creating positive, professional interactions and understand the role you play in shaping how candidates experience our talent brand
