Job Title: Customer Operations Analyst {CXOPS}

Location: Remote (Mexico)

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Customer Operations Analyst will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Customer Operations team and will be our boots-on-the-ground solution to optimizing processes, leveraging Technology, and driving data-informed decisions. We believe a strong operational foundation is crucial to empowering our Customer teams and overall revenue growth.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for enhancing our post-sales processes and systems, with a strong focus on Salesforce administration and automation. Specifically, you will:

  • Maintain and optimize our Salesforce instance to support Customer operations.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce automation to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into Customer performance.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Administer various technologies used by the Customer team, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
  • Lead and manage projects related to the Customer organization initiatives.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive Customer Operations Analyst who is passionate about optimizing processes and leveraging technology to drive results. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Customer operations are efficient and effective by maintaining systems, analyzing data, and managing projects.

THE TEAM:

Our Salesloft’s Customer Operations team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming operations professionals who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

  • Vision: To create a seamless and efficient revenue engine that drives sustainable growth.
  • Mission: To optimize processes, leverage technology, and provide data-driven insights to support Customer teams.

The Customer Operations team consists of results-oriented professionals with a strong analytical mindset and a desire to improve systems and processes. The analysts on our team share a few common traits: They are quick learners, problem-solvers, and passionate about enabling revenue growth.

THE SKILL SET:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Operations or Analyst role.
  • Strong Salesforce administration skill set.
    • Salesforce automation creation and maintenance
    • Salesforce Report and Dashboard creation.
  • General knowledge of the overall system administration
    • Ability to learn and administer various customer-facing and Internal technologies.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets experience
    • Experience in analyzing and manipulating large data sets.
  • Experience leading and managing projects.
  • Quick learner and good writing, verbal communication skills.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
  • Meet team and key partners in the Services, Success, Support and Customer Edu Organizations
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-6-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Be introduced to the Customer Org tech stack and understand how each tool is used today
  • Have an understanding of the key metrics tracked by each team and why

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Have begun working independently with various leaders across the Customer organization on the needs of the business
  • Be proficient in all technology used by the Customer Organization and begin troubleshooting and resolving any issues independently
  • Be able to build Salesforce reports and dashboards that surface key metrics to the business
  • Be able to analyze and summarize data in Google Sheets at an executive level
  • Will identify and lead your first project

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Have developed strong working relationships with various leaders across the organization
  • Have become confident in the administration of all technology in the Customer Organization
  • Manage and lead several projects aligned with the business's OKRs
  • Drive innovation around process and technology based on data

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Be considered a top-performing Analyst on the team by consistently driving improvement
  • Set an example for new team members, and assist in training, onboarding and motivating new Lofters
