- Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation through user experience, exploring emerging technologies and design trends.
- Manage Resources and Priorities: Effectively manage UX resources, allocate design efforts, and prioritize initiatives to maximize impact and meet business objectives.
- Recruit and Retain Talent: Attract, hire, and retain top UX talent, building a diverse and high-performing team.
WHO YOU ARE:

- Proven track record of successfully leading and shipping complex digital products with significant user impact.
- Deep expertise in all facets of UX, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals and user needs into compelling design solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
