Senior People Operations Specialist, Diana Intelligence Corp. dba DianaHR, San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities: Support and optimize internal human resources (“HR”) operations and advise external

clients on HR best practices and compliance by providing tailored HR solutions to meet the company’s

and its clients’ unique needs, including developing, interpreting and explaining HR policies, procedures,

laws, standards, or regulations. Collaborate on the development of the company’s AI-powered HR

software tools by ensuring HR processes are integrated effectively and providing related insights to the

engineering and product development teams. Requirements: Master’s degree in Human Resources, or in

Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. Prior experience must include: 3

years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources or People Operations with

responsibilities spanning multiple HR functions, including payroll and benefits management, global

mobility management (US and global immigration), HR compliance, and program management (such as

onboarding, employee engagement, employee events); 3 years of applied knowledge of payroll and

benefits systems and tax compliance to ensure payroll integrity and accuracy using the Human Resources

Information Systems “HRIS”, including global workforce management platform Rippling, followed by

detailed review in partnership with the finance department; 3 years of applied knowledge of statutory

regulations and employment/labor law in the US and globally, in order to maintain HR compliance with

employment and labor laws, including an understanding of the requirements of compliant dismissal

proceedings and treatment of various types of employment leave inclusive of family and disability leave;

2 years of applied understanding of statistics, data clean up, formatting, and building utilizing tools

including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, as well as native data analytics programs in the HRIS

Rippling and the engagement survey tool Lattice; 1 year of experience managing a project from inception

to implementation using tools including Google and Microsoft Suites; 2 years of applied understanding of

immigration regulations in the United States and globally in order to facilitate global mobility including

sending employees to other countries for deployments, installations, onboarding, knowledge transfer, etc.

This includes the temporary transfer of employees of various nationalities to work sites around the world

with coordination and tracking to ensure visas are not overstayed; and 3 years of experience in multi-

level, cross-functional communication and coordination. Must successfully complete competency-based

interview.
