About the role
Our Site Associate is the beating heart of our daily operations in the dark store. You will work with your team to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure the smooth operation of our Hop sites.
What you'll be doing
Supervise that all orders are picked up on time.
Manage store openings and closures
Communicate with our riders to make sure deliveries are made promptly.
Manage the shipping area and support the packaging of delivery orders to be sent to our customers.
Ensure that all deliveries are scanned and that any appropriate complaints are recorded.
Empty deliveries according to the procedure, paying attention to the accuracy of the positions of the products and the rotation of the dates.
Ensure that inventory counts are accurate and that all areas are counted.
Collaborate with our Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager to ensure the proper functioning of the site.
Ensure that the warehouse remains clean and tidy at all times and that any hazards are addressed promptly.
Requirements
Fluent Italian (mandatory) + basic English (nice to have)
Experience in a similar environment is preferred
Hourly flexibility
Willingness to work 40-hour shifts per week
Experience in achieving targets

Compensation
National Collective Agreement (CBA): CCNL Commercio e Terziario
Classification Level: Livello 5
The salary range for this role is €21,600 – €27,000 gross per year.
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
This position is not eligible for consideration for an equity/RSU grant.
