Investigate incidents to identify root causes, working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Data) to resolve them quickly
Support post-mortems by analysing trends and recurring issues, helping to reduce future errors
Contribute to improving processes and safeguards to increase campaign reliability
Maintain and improve operational documentation, including playbooks, templates, and workflows
Support the adoption of tools (e.g. Asana) for campaign tracking and coordination

Strong organisational and project management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, product, or operations)

Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Airtable, or similar workflow management platforms
Comfortable working with data and reporting to support operational decisions
Interest in promotions, CRM, or marketing operations is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Diversity
At Deliveroo, we believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander.
