Sales Operations Analyst - UAE National

We are looking for a detail oriented and structured Sales Operations Analyst to own Sales Lead Data Quality, ensuring the accuracy, cleanliness, and completeness of our lead pipeline before it is handed over to the Sales team.

This role is critical to improving lead quality, increasing sales productivity, and minimizing time spent on invalid or duplicate records. You will serve as the first layer of validation, ensuring the team focuses only on high quality, verified opportunities that are ready for outreach.

What You’ll Be Adding

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Validate and clean large lead datasets sourced from external and internal sources

• Identify and remove duplicate, invalid, or outdated records to ensure high quality lead pool and ensure relevant CRM updates are made in a timely manner

• Conduct periodic checks of CRM hygiene and lead on ensuring data hygiene is maintained

• Support the commercial team on ad‑hoc requests, with a focus on improving productivity, data enrichment and help enhance the customer experience

• Provide basic reporting on lead pool quality and validation status

What You’ll Need to Thrive

• UAE National (Emirati)

• Based in Dubai

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Structured, organized, and process driven

• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot inconsistencies in data

• Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Excel including formulas and data manipulation

• Able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality

• Fluent in English
