About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated marketer to join the Deliveroo Italy Marketing team. Reporting to the Restaurant Marketing Manager, this role is crucial for driving growth within the Restaurant segment.

The successful candidate will support the planning and hands-on execution of marketing initiatives for Deliveroo’s top partners, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth through partner marketing, support campaign execution, and ensure all activities are aligned with local priorities and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, hands-on marketer with a strong interest in marketing, including growth and loyalty campaigns, e-commerce mechanics, and tech-enabled marketing solutions. They will be comfortable working with data, supporting performance tracking, and using insights to help optimise marketing activities.

The candidate will be proactive and eager to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. They will be able to think logically and creatively to support problem-solving, while paying close attention to detail and working confidently with tools, platforms, and processes that enable effective marketing execution.

Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to support the development and execution of marketing plans for top partners, contributing to growth on the platform and customer relevance.;

  • Support the planning and ongoing maintenance of the campaign calendar to deliver partners’ promotional activities, with a focus on local and seasonal moments;

  • Work closely with local Brand, Social Media, CRM and Commercial teams to support cross-team coordination and ensure timely execution of planned marketing activities;

  • Own reporting for all activities, consistently tracking performance against established benchmarks. Use this data to understand activity impact, pinpoint areas for improvement and deliver regular performance updates to the Marketing Manager.

  • Prepare follow-up presentation for each key partner with relevant highlights and insights

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or sales department with a focus on trade marketing or growth marketing, and experience supporting the execution of local and national plans

  • Highly skilled in the English language, both written and spoken. You will work in an international environment, and all calls and presentations are mostly conducted in English;

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with internal and external stakeholders;

  • A detail-oriented executor, comfortable with planning, organising, prioritising and executing multiple projects and activities simultaneously, with the ability to focus on high-impact tasks;

  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, comfortable with constant change and motivated by working in a fast-paced environment;

  • A strong willingness to learn and contribute to delivering results through solid execution and follow-through;

  • A creative problem solver, able to think analytically and approach challenges in a structured way;

  • A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with others.
