THE ROLE:

As a Client Partner, you'll lead a team of Account Managers, you will report to a Senior Client Partner and you will be part of the FR Local team. You will develop the strategy focusing on the Partners (Core business), grow the order volume and market share within your market, by partnering with the largest Local accounts and top local brands; optimize the Deliveroo partnership with the ambition to secure a long term relationship, bring new ways of working in high-end account management gold standards whilst managing the overall Deliveroo profitability of your strategic Partner portfolio.

You will have up to 6 people within your team, and you will be accountable for their development plan, their success and learning curve at Deliveroo; setting the right KPIs and OKRs that you think are the most relevant to monitor your market. Your role will be commercially focused, however you will work with teams including, operations, marketing, Editions and product teams to ensure we, Deliveroo, remain the most preferred platform to those local and strategic Partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  1. Partner Strategy & Growth:

  • Lead your portfolio strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and performance within your region

  • Account manage up to 4 key restaurant partners, supporting their development and driving commercial and operational performance

  • Build and deliver joint business plans with restaurant groups, identifying key challenges, defining shared objectives and implementing impactful solutions

  • Define and execute a compelling commercial value proposition for your portfolio, identifying opportunities to deepen, expand and grow partnerships in a mutually beneficial way

  1. Senior Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the senior point of contact and face of Deliveroo for top restaurant partners, building trusted, long-term relationships and representing Deliveroo at partner events

  • Establish a strong operating rhythm with partners, including quarterly business reviews, monthly performance check-ins and regular touchpoints

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights on Deliveroo, competitors and broader industry trends

  1. Performance & Governance:

  • Set, own and deliver regional performance targets across customer satisfaction, restaurant health and Deliveroo output metrics

  • Lead commercial negotiations and be accountable for partner scorecards and Gold Standards within your market

  1. Team Leadership:

Support and coach Account Managers in your team to build and execute strong operational and commercial plans within your market and across regions

  1. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other commercial departments, local restaurant marketing and rider operations teams to improve efficiency, execution quality and customer outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years working in commercially focused roles

  • Experience managing medium-sized account management teams

  • Highly analytical

  • Mix of both strategy and execution experience

  • Comfortable handling negotiations with business owners or C-suite operators

  • Relationship-building and communication skills whether face-to-face, through phone or email

  • You will be in the field often, which will require travel (depending on the needs)

  • Previous general management experience, or experience running your own business would be desirable

  • Fluent in French and English is required
