About the team
The Marketing Team is responsible for driving brand, customer and business growth across the UAE, KW and Qatar. We do this by developing marketing strategies and programs to build awareness, create demand, optimize traffic, and continually improve our brand experience customers to deliver growth for the business. We apply research, analyze performance metrics, and provide product and industry expertise and understanding of customer behavior to inform and refine the business’ marketing strategy and execution. We develop content, manage, and deliver targeted merchandising and promotional activities. We apply customer-centric methodologies to improve our brand experience for customers. We drive marketing excellence by measuring efficiency and effectiveness of activities. We deliver improvements in the process to scale delivery.
What you'll be doing
The Marketing Partnerships Specialist will support the Head of Marketing Partnerships in rolling out Deliveroo’s marketing partnerships strategy, specifically they will
be responsible for the end-to-end planning, management and execution of integrated marketing partnership campaigns.
collaborate closely with Global teams, local marketing peers as well as commercial and legal teams to execute partnership initiatives.
implement integrated marketing partnership campaigns with a creative mindset based on industry insights, competitive landscape, partners’ objectives and user behaviour
maintain a strong relationship with partners day-to-day POCs
support the Head of Marketing Partnerships through lead generation, negotiation, contract preparation to collaborating closely with internal teams to roll out campaign
build and maintain trackers to perform periodic and post-campaign analyses that would be used to inform future strategies
Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience with business development, management of external relationships, and coordinating cross-functional internal and external projects.
Minimum of 5+ years work experience of which 3-4+ years of Partnerships, Business Development or Account Management experience
Proven capability in multi-channel marketing program management, data-informed decision making processes and performance-based marketing approach
Highly collaborative and possesses excellent communication skills with a passion for building strong relationships. Proven experience to influence, motivate and manage external stakeholders as well as internal teams
Entrepreneurial minded, able to articulate new ideas and influence others to gain support
Strong learning agility, comfortable dealing with fast paced environments
Strong negotiator & executor
Not afraid to get your hands dirty
Attention to detail
Good written & spoken English, Arabic language skills a Must
Knowledge of ME Region preferred
