About the Team

You’ll join Deliveroo’s Sales Operations team, working closely with colleagues to plan and coordinate device installations for our partners. While strategy and scheduling are done as a team, day-to-day execution is independent, giving you the freedom to own your routes and deliver results efficiently. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be part of a high-performing group focused on operational excellence and new partner success.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Technical Support Agent to join our Singapore team. You’ll be out in the field every day, ensuring our restaurant partners have their Deliveroo devices installed and ready for action. From setting up tablets to logging first-time merchant logins, you’ll play a key role in making sure our partners can start delivering without a hitch.

This is an entry-level, trainable role — all you need is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to get around Singapore on your own motorbike.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Travel across Singapore to perform on-site installation of Deliveroo tablets and related hardware

  • Set up and configure devices for first-time use, including logging in merchants to their accounts

  • Provide basic operational guidance so merchants can confidently start using the device

  • Complete and submit proof-of-delivery documentation

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism as the on-site representative of Deliveroo

What Skills You’ll Need

  • Motorbike licence and own motorbike (required)

  • Comfortable travelling independently to multiple locations each day

  • Attention to detail when following setup processes and completing forms

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

  • No prior experience needed — we’ll train you on everything you need to know
