As the Senior Product Manager for Partner Communications & B2B Marketing space, you'll lead initiatives shaping user frequency and communication mediums on our platform. You'll work on the development of features and tools, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful products that promote seamless co-playing experiences and cultivate relevant connections.

What you’ll be doing

  • Be our Partner advocate; Articulate their needs and deliver user-friendly solutions to make positive impact on the partner management lifecycle
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our partner communications platform.
  • Help envision and build a unified, highly scalable, robust and distributed platform to power communication experiences.
  • Collaborate with business, design and engineering teams to prioritise features and drive product development from concept to launch.
  • Apply important measurements to establish strategies for enhancing communication experience for end users.
  • Clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive levels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in communication and gaming to inform product decisions.
  • Create a smooth and user-friendly experience for communication features, using your knowledge of user-centered design principles.
  • Translate insights into tactical solutions and strategic pillars to improve Deliveroo's offerings
  • Ensure successful go-to-market, product adoption and impact, with relevant go-to-market teams, data science, commercial teams, and others


  • 6+ years experience in Product/ Platform management. Specific experience around Partner Communications & Marketing Platforms like Salesforce or Oracle Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud will be ideal
  • An entrepreneurial mindset; Comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment
  • Strong strategic planning and organisational skills
  • A record of success partnering with engineers, product designers and data scientists to tackle ambiguous problems
  • A degree of technical understanding will be of great advantage. Topics like throttling, rate limiting, deduplication etc are something that you are well aware of while defining the central communications platform.
  • Very strong communication skills, comfortable explaining highly complex topics and dealing with multiple stakeholders at once. You are a good storyteller but still get to the point.
  • Strong emotional intelligence to deal with different types of personalities, cultures and challenges
  • Strong requirement gathering skills, and ability to translate business requirements into technical and data science constraints
  • Data-oriented with excellent analytical skills; Able to dig into data to discover nuances, and define & measure success on every initiative
