- Provide the best-in-class onboarding and partner experiences in every stage
- Assist our restaurant partners by answering enquiries through hotline and emails
- Create and edit menus for our restaurant partners
- Ensure data accuracy when maintaining restaurant records
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Proactively providing feedback to help improve our restaurant partner's experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or equivalent
- Excellent skills in English and Cantonese, proficiency in English and Chinese word-processing
- Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution
- Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
