Partner Service Agent

Our Partner Support team manages incoming contacts from our restaurant, grocery and shopping partners, the goal of the team is to resolve issues, support partner success and deliver the best service possible.
As a Partner Support Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our partners. Your primary responsibilities will include handling partner queries via email and phone calls, managing invoicing processes, administering changes and managing some security processes.This position requires a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries effectively and efficiently and being flexible to changing priorities.

Location : Manchester

Working pattern : Monday-Friday with occasional weekends included

Level role : LE


The role :
Provide prompt and effective support to partners via email and outbound phone calls, aiming for first-time query resolution.
Become a subject matter expert on Deliveroo services and policies, serving as the primary point of contact for partner-related queries.
Demonstrate a commitment to self-improvement and continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate with team members to prioritise and manage workload effectively, ensuring timely resolution of partner issues.
Maintain excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.


Candidate Profile:
Confident and articulate communicator with a background in customer service, office administration, or similar roles.
Languages: English (required) Cantonese/Mandarin/Urdu (advantageous)
Comfortable handling phone calls, live chats, and email correspondence.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
Desire to develop coaching skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Willingness to work occasional weekends and adapt to rotational schedules.
