Our Account Management team owns and manages our restaurant relationships. As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing best-in-class support, we are restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to help our partner restaurants’ grow. Our account managers are a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and cross functionally with other departments...and of course, they’re fun, personable, and great at building relationships!
What you'll be doing:
- Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo’s most strategically important restaurant partner accounts and collaborate with them to drive business growth.
- Establish strong relationships with key decision makers, including C-level executives.
- Work with Marketing to manage promotions and campaign planning for your restaurant partners as they join and scale on the platform.
- Monitor operations (quality of services, availability, profitability) and make recommendations to partners to improve them.
- Lead and make sure the team consistently meets or exceeds quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop a commercial mindset within the team and provide guidance on driving company projects
- Provide ongoing strategic consultation and support.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to devise solutions to solve restaurant challenges.
Things we’re looking for in you:
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales, Business Development, and/or Account Management with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Proven track record of consistently surpassing assigned sales targets.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to support effective decision-making.
- Excellent numerical proficiency and ability to work with complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills that enable you to influence and engage key stakeholders across all levels.
- Proficient in project management, with the ability to effectively coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.
- A highly passionate and energetic individual who can inspire and motivate the team to achieve exceptional results.
