About the role

You will sit within the French Local Marketing Team and will based between our Paris Head Office and home (hybrid working). The team develops the strategy for how Deliveroo wins at a local level in France. This includes identifying target audiences, commercial insights and consumer insights to develop engaging messaging across key cities. The team utilises these insights to develop local campaign tool-kits, that they then execute in key cities and neighbourhoods to unblock consumer barriers and win market share.

What you'll be doing

The Local Marketing Associate will report directly into the Head of Local Marketing and will work with Local Marketing Managers.

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to evaluate the consumer & commercial needs within each priority city that they are responsible for, identify which marketing levers need to be pulled (eg. Awareness, Traffic, Conversion, …) and develop a demand generation calendar that supports this.
  • Lead campaign development from ideation through to excellent execution, using internal data tools to ensure that campaigns are both data-driven and customer-focused.
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders both internally (French Marketing Team eg Brand/Media/CRM/National Activation, Global Marketing Channel owners, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Legal) and externally to implement across the marketing mix (local activation agencies).
  • Deliver campaigns on-budget, optimising activity throughout and conducting a full Post Campaign Review to report on Return on investment and insights.
  • Present insights across the Local Marketing team and wider Marketing team, demonstrating the positive impact of hyperlocal activity whilst elevating the team profile.

Requirements

  • 2+ year experience in marketing (internship not included), running successful 360 marketing campaigns covering the entire consumer funnel.
  • You're experienced at planning, organising, prioritising and executing simultaneous projects at once.
  • Experience evaluating campaign performances and providing future recommendations.
  • You have experience managing/influencing multiple stakeholders and are able to present your ideas.
  • You have a solution-oriented attitude that's comfortable with change and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll excel in a new environment where you have the opportunity to shape your role within a new team.
  • You are business-driven.
  • You are fluent in English and French
