Deliveroo HOP launched in London, the UK in September 2021 and is Deliveroo’s speedy grocery delivery service. Our mission is to deliver groceries to customers around the world in as little as 10 minutes - from the weekly shop, to a last minute dinner party or a late night snack. Working with trusted grocers, Deliveroo HOP promises to bring customers the very best products at lightning speed.

The role

• Lead and run the day-to-day operations, team and performance of one of our Deliveroo HOP sites
• Meet and maintain operational KPI targets.
• Maintain good relations with external parties such as neighbours, landlords, contractors, etc.
• Maintain the correct policies and procedures are in place to ensure high standards and food safety is met.
• Liaise with your various counterparts in Commercial, Account Management and Rider Operations teams to improve overall operational performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a fast paced environment. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
• Experience in leading a team
• Experience in meeting targets and stock control.
• Shift work is a must, including week nights and weekends. Typically 2 out of 3 weekend nights you will be required on shift and Sunday evenings are our busiest time of the week.
• Fluent in Cantonese and spoken English
• Knowledge of food safety, health and safety compliance requirements will be an advantage
• Warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
• The right to work in Hong Kong
