We are looking for someone who has a background in a similar role with great knowledge of Belgian labour law and who has excellent English, Dutch, and French language skills. This role is perfect for a self-starter who wants to make a difference and who wants to use their experience to support our managers and employees in the market.</span> </p> <p></p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">The role will never be the same day to day, with fast turnarounds and new initiatives to add your personal touch to. The role is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to every aspect of the People function; the candidate will interface with recruitment, HR business partners, policy leads, and compensation and benefits.
