Summary

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and influence the product strategy, roadmap and GTM. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, designers, engineers and subject-matter experts across the organization to ensure the fast delivery of the best-in-class experience to a global customer base.

This is a technical PM role focused on internal platforms, data pipelines, and APIs that power critical customer experiences. The work is highly cross-functional and requires close collaboration with engineering leads.

Why this role

Our platform ingests, validates, and transforms high-volume operational data from first-party and third-party sources. You will own the roadmap for ingestion, processing, and API capabilities that make downstream products reliable, scalable, and easy to build on.

What you’ll do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for data ingestion and processing pipelines, SDKs, and external/internal APIs

  • Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility

  • Collaborating with a team of highly talented product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.

  • Prioritise work across reliability, performance, compliance, and new enabling capabilities for product teams

  • Improve developer experience with clear docs, versioning strategy, deprecation policies, sandbox environments, and reference implementations

  • Work with internal product teams to gather requirements, sequence dependencies, and ensure smooth integrations

  • Communicate platform value clearly through narratives, diagrams, dashboards, and regular updates to stakeholders

  • Balancing core product development with high-priority client escalations in a high-speed, remote-first working environment.

  • Lead incident post-mortems and drive systemic fixes to reduce operational toil and manual interventions

  • Leveraging all of the core PM skills you have honed to date to drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle.

  • Measurable improvements in data quality, latency, and pipeline resiliency

  • Simplified integration paths for internal and external developers with higher adoption and fewer escalations

  • Strong partner satisfaction from downstream product teams

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years in Product Management with significant time as a technical or platform PM

  • Experience owning APIs, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, or backend platforms at scale

  • Comfort working closely with engineering counterparts

  • Strong documentation and internal stakeholder communication skills

  • Proven ability to prioritise and deliver in environments with complex dependencies
