Summary
We’re seeking an Talent Implementation Manager to join our team and lead the successful implementation of Deel’s HR suite - including HRIS/Core, Performance, Learning, Career, Recruiting, and more. You will lead and manage the full HRIS implementation process, ensuring that clients’ HR data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, consulting clients on Deel Engage related topics, defining processes tailored to their needs, while offering ongoing support and training. This client-facing role requires a blend of HR knowledge, project management skills, technical aptitude, and strong relationship-building abilities. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementations of Deel’s HR solutions for clients, including HRIS, Compensation, Performance, Learning, Career, and Recruiting modules.
Consult clients on HR processes, policies, and best practices, tailoring Deel’s platform to their needs.
Manage data migrations from clients’ legacy HR systems to Deel, ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity.
Oversee project planning, timelines, stakeholder communication, and issue escalation to deliver successful implementations.
Provide expert training and guidance to clients on Deel’s features and functionality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate closely with internal teams - including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering - to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Contribute to improving implementation processes, documentation, and best practices.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HRIS implementations, HR technology consulting, or HR systems project management.
Hands-on experience managing data migrations and working with HRIS platforms or similar systems.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills, able to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with frequent change.
Collaborative team player who thrives on partnership and knowledge-sharing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in modern business tools (e.g., Slack, Salesforce, Looker) and enthusiasm for technology.
