The opportunity
We’re hiring a Growth Associate to join our small but mighty GTM team and help us scale our go-to-market motion. This is an early career opportunity with unlimited room to grow for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and blends generative AI creativity with a strong product sense.
You don’t need formal technical experience, but you’re deeply steeped in how to best leverage generative AI tools in the workplace. You’ve vibe coded together scrappy prototypes and automation hacks, and are constantly testing out the latest models and releases. From running our content strategy to building sales collateral or spinning up interactive demos for prospects, you’ll be at the center of how we showcase the Dealops platform and convert interest into signed deals.
This is an in-person role in our San Francisco office. If you’re looking for early-stage startup experience and eager for a role that’ll drive immediate revenue for the business, this is your shot to grow with us from 1 → 10.
- AI-native growth — leverage the latest generative AI tools to automate our end-to-end sales and marketing workflows, create prototypes, and push us to experiment on how we can continue to close more deals
- Early impact and exposure — work directly with our CEO and the GTM team at the cross-section of GTM, product, and ops; with room to grow over time into what interests you the most
- Customer-facing experience — craft personalized collateral and experiences for both our fastest scaling AI-native startup and most innovative enterprise prospects, while also owning the work you do on sales calls
What you’ll own
- End-to-end ownership — you’ll have your fingerprints all over the entire GTM lifecycle, from leading our content and community strategy all the way to customer onboarding and success
- Custom prototypes — our platform is fully flexible and customizable, so you’ll spin up personalized demos for the fastest-growing, most strategic accounts in our sales funnel based on their unique GTM and pricing models
- Anything to close deals — help design and build pitch decks, one-pagers, and playbooks to use in customer-facing conversations, with an eye on setting up new partnerships with other tools to templatize and automate what we do
What makes you a fit
- 1–3 years of experience in a high-growth, fast-moving environment (startups, growth roles, consulting, etc) that’s helped you develop a strong business and product acumen
- Deeply engrained with generative AI tools (e.g., Lovable, MagicPatterns, n8n, etc) and always experimenting with the newest and greatest in your spare time
- You’ve worked closely with business processes and have a track record of re-imagining how work gets done by applying AI-driven solutions
- You have a hustle and growth mindset, and you love figuring things out even if you’ve never done them before
- Experience with B2B SaaS, GTM, and pricing is a plus, but attitude beats exact background
