The opportunity

We’re hiring our Founding Product Designer to define and shape the core product experiences across the GTM ecosystem — from sales reps to RevOps to Finance. You’ll have the chance to build from first principles, set the design bar, and craft the foundations of our design practice.

This is an in-person role in our San Francisco office. If you’re excited about reimagining clunky legacy workflows and helping teams escape overengineered spreadsheets in the age of AI, this role gives you the runway to own the change.

  • Full ownership — drive the entire design process, from user research to prototypes to launch.
  • 1 → 10 growth — set the foundations of our design voice, rather than inherit one.
  • Influential users — design with forward-thinking GTM, Pricing, and Finance teams at unicorns like Plaid and Airwallex.
  • Key product voice — shape roadmap discussions by championing elegant, user-centered design.
  • First design hire — establish our design standards and grow the design org as we scale.

What you’ll own

  • User research & feedback loops — design and run our approach to learning from users across personas.
  • Product design & prototyping — create intuitive flows and high-fidelity prototypes, working closely with product/engineering.
  • Design system — build and maintain a design language that scales across our product suite.
  • User experience — partner with our CEO and product lead to build the best product experience, shaping our long term roadmap
  • Brand expression — extend our design philosophy into marketing and sales materials to reinforce our story.

What makes you a fit

  • 3+ years of product design experience working with tools like Figma, Framer, v0, etc, ideally with complex B2B or SaaS products.
  • Strong UX and visual design skills, with a portfolio that shows clarity, craft, and problem-solving.
  • Empathetic communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and eager to get hands-on.
  • Experience with SaaS, GTM tooling or B2B pricing a plus, but attitude beats exact background
