Why Dealops?

AI is revolutionizing how companies price, sell, and scale. The shift to usage-based and hybrid pricing models has created an urgent demand for flexible, intelligent tools that can redefine the way businesses operate. These changes touch every aspect of the GTM engine—from pricing strategy and deal execution to forecasting and sales compensation, and represent a $25B+ market opportunity. Dealops is leading this transformation, building the "picks and shovels" that enable the fastest-growing companies to thrive in this new era. By equipping GTM teams with smarter, AI-driven solutions, we empower businesses to adopt flexible pricing models, streamline deal workflows, and maximize sales team performance. This isn’t just about improving efficiency—it’s about redefining how the best companies run in an AI-powered world. Joining Dealops means being at the forefront of this change and building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of pricing and selling.

Dealops was founded by former Stripe leaders with deep expertise in pricing, GTM strategy and building complex workflow products. We are a diverse and curious team dedicated to helping companies unlock revenue potential through smarter pricing and quoting processes.

We’re backed by world-class investors—including Pear VC, General Catalyst—and a network of industry-leading operators and angels from OpenAI, Stripe, Slack, Clay, Linear, and Notion.

  • Analytical Excellence: Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively in verbal and written formats.
  • Builder Mentality: A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude, excelling in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, and comfortable building processes and systems from scratch.
  • Workflow Obsessed: Hyper-organized and passionate about optimizing workflows, whether professionally or personally (e.g., you’ve likely built spreadsheets to maximize credit card points or streamline daily tasks).
  • Passion for Innovation: Enthusiastic about leveraging the latest tools and technologies to drive productivity, with a proven track record of using LLMs or AI tools to automate meaningful parts of previous roles.
  • High Standards: You hold yourself and those around you to exceptionally high standards, ensuring quality and excellence in all deliverables.
