Welcome to Crescendo. Welcome to what’s next.

The Role

We are looking for a driven and resourceful EMEA Recruiter to join Crescendo's global Talent Acquisition team. Based in Bucharest or London, you will own full-cycle recruiting for our EMEA markets: primarily Romania and South Africa; sourcing and hiring top talent for BPO and customer experience roles across both high-volume and specialized pipelines.

You will work closely with our TA leadership team based in America, which means strong asynchronous communication skills and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy are essential. You will also serve as a critical resource for navigating local employment norms, labor market nuances, and candidate expectations across your region.

As our EMEA hiring activity scales, there may also be opportunities to support corporate and executive-level searches, as well as hiring in Honduras or the United States during periods of lighter regional demand.

The reason you join won’t be the reason you stay.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from job posting and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offer, and close, primarily for BPO and CX roles in Romania and South Africa.
  • Partner with our global sourcing team and regional hiring managers to develop and execute top-of-funnel strategies tailored to EMEA markets.
  • Craft compelling, localized candidate outreach and job content that resonates with talent in your region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring an outstanding and professional candidate experience at every stage.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups, gathering timely feedback and keeping candidates informed.
  • Proactively identify sourcing channels, job boards, and community networks that are most effective for your target markets.
  • Draft and refine job descriptions in partnership with TA leadership and hiring managers.
  • Track and report on key funnel metrics; use data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Stay current on hiring trends, candidate expectations, and compensation benchmarks in Romania, South Africa, and across the broader EMEA region.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and reduce time-to-fill without compromising quality.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and pipeline data in our applicant tracking system.
  • Represent Crescendo at virtual or in-person hiring events, job fairs, and networking opportunities as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with TA colleagues in Honduras and the Philippines, contributing to team-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Flex to support US or Honduras hiring pipelines during periods of lower regional demand, as well as corporate or executive searches when assigned.

What We Expect From You:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success managing candidates from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including experience building pipelines through proactive outreach rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.
  • Excellent English communication skills: written and verbal, with the ability to represent Crescendo professionally to candidates and stakeholders alike.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system and comfort using technology to manage workflow and reporting.
  • High level of self-direction and the ability to operate autonomously within a remote, globally distributed team.
  • A data-informed mindset: comfortable tracking funnel metrics, identifying trends, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of urgency and adaptability: you thrive in fast-moving environments and know how to prioritize effectively under pressure.
Nice To Have
  • Familiarity with AI product suites, automation technologies, and AI-native workflows
  • Previous exposure to corporate or executive recruiting (GTM/Sales, Technical roles, Director-level, C-Suite).
  • Conversational or professional proficiency in French or German, a significant advantage given our multilingual hiring needs across EMEA.
  • Familiarity with employment law, labor regulations, or hiring compliance standards in Romania, South Africa, or other EMEA markets.
  • Experience recruiting for BPO, customer experience, or outsourcing environments.
  • Previous exposure to corporate or executive recruiting (Account Executives, Director-level, C-Suite).

What You’ll Get In Return:

  • Be part of a people-first, values-driven organization
  • Work with innovative global partners and diverse teams
  • Competitive base salary
  • Generous paid time off
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options that are applicable per country of residence for all our full-time employees
  • Access to free posture-based fitness workouts from home
  • Training and professional development opportunities
