The Role

The Commercial Customer Success Specialist III owns the end-to-end experience for commercial clients after the point of sale. This role ensures services are delivered correctly, client relationships are maintained, and revenue is protected through strong execution across service coordination, billing accuracy, and contract renewals. This is not a passive support role. This role is responsible for protecting revenue, preventing
churn, and ensuring commercial clients receive a consistently high-quality experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients
  • Build trust and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure timely, professional communication across all interactions
  • Act as the internal advocate for the client
  • Ensure services are scheduled and executed according to the contract
  • Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and ROC to resolve service gaps
  • Monitor accounts for missed services, delays, or risks
  • Support onboarding of new commercial accounts
  • Track contract timelines and proactively manage renewals
  • Identify churn risks early and take action
  • Ensure continuity of service with no disruptions
  • Ensure invoices are accurate and delivered on time
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Partner with AR to prevent delays or missed payments
  • Manage vendor portal requirements where applicable
  • Maintain accurate account records in CRM/ERP systems
  • Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Ensure clean, up-to-date account data

  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple internal teams
