The Role
As Head of Sales Enablement, you will own the strategy, vision, and execution of Crescendo’s enablement function. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will design and scale programs that give our sales teams the skills, tools, and knowledge to consistently win in a competitive, fast-evolving market.
You will be a direct partner to the CRO and sales leadership, ensuring that every seller — from new hire to top performer — is equipped to tell Crescendo’s story, handle complex objections, and drive revenue growth. Initially, you will lead enablement as a highly strategic and hands-on leader, with the opportunity to build and scale a high-performance enablement team as Crescendo grows.
What You’ll Do:
Own the Enablement Strategy
- Define and lead Crescendo’s sales enablement strategy, aligning with GTM objectives and revenue targets.
- Build a roadmap for onboarding, continuous learning, deal support, and sales process optimization.
- Serve as the primary bridge between sales, product, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on messaging and priorities.
Build & Deliver World-Class Programs
- Design and launch scalable onboarding that accelerates ramp time and drives early productivity.
- Create and deliver ongoing training on sales methodologies, competitive positioning, and product knowledge.
- Develop frameworks for ongoing coaching and skills reinforcement across the sales organization.
Create & Maintain High-Impact Content
- Produce compelling sales playbooks, talk tracks, competitive battlecards, and case studies.
- Maintain a central, organized repository of enablement materials that is always current and accessible.
Leverage Tools & Data for Impact
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize the sales enablement tech stack (CRM, sales engagement tools, LMS).
- Use analytics to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve seller performance.
Lead with Influence & Team Growth
- Act as a thought leader on sales best practices and Crescendo’s go-to-market strategy.
- Partner with GTM leadership to embed enablement into every stage of the sales process.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a dedicated enablement team over time to support Crescendo’s expanding sales organization.
What We Expect From You:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales enablement, with a proven track record of leading strategic programs that improve sales performance.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and buyer journeys.
- Experience creating and managing sales content that drives consistency and competitive advantage.
- Background in the BPO industry or with augmented AI solutions strongly preferred.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills; able to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure program impact.
- Hands-on leadership style — comfortable both setting vision and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments where agility and adaptability are critical.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling teams is a plus.
