The Role
As a BizOps & Strategy Intern at CrescendoAI Inc., you’ll work on high-impact projects at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, and product, partnering directly with senior leadership on initiatives that shape our company’s trajectory.

- CEO-level visibility: You’ll work directly with senior leadership on projects that hit our board deck
- Full-stack exposure: Strategy, ops, product, finance, and M&A all live under BizOps- expect variety
- Real ownership: We staff interns on problems that matter, not “summer-only” side quests
- AI edge: Learn how Gen AI products are deployed at scale in a services business
- Operational diagnostics: Map end-to-end support workflows at recently acquired BPOs and recommend AI automation levers
- Growth analytics: Build dashboards to track ARR, seat utilization, and gross-margin lift across clients
- M&A diligence support: Size synergy upside on live deals (market sizing, retention modeling, synergy cases)
- Process redesign: Partner with CX, Sales, and Product to tighten SLAs, cut cycle time, and improve NPS
- Executive readouts: Package insights into McKinsey-style memos for our CEO and investors
(Exact projects will be scoped to match your skillset and Crescendo’s priorities at internship start.)
What We Expect From You:
- First-year MBA (or equivalent) graduating Dec 2025 - Jun 2026
- 3-6 yrs pre-MBA experience in venture capital, management consulting, M&A, strategy, ops, or high-growth tech
- Comfort with data: Excel is table stakes; SQL / Python / BI tools are a plus.
- Storytelling chops- clear writer & slide-crafter who can influence without authority.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, BPOs, and tech-enabled services
- Exposure to customer-support tech (Zendesk, Salesforce, Amazon Connect)
- Prior deal-side or corp-dev project work
- Start-up or operator experience in a scaling environment.
