About the Role:

As our Strategic Talent Acquisition Executive Recruiter, you will lead mission-critical hiring initiatives that fuel our growth and shape the future of our organization. Reporting directly to the Global Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you’ll work closely with executive leadership to design and execute targeted recruitment strategies across both technical and operational domains—from world-class AI engineers driving innovation to seasoned BPO leaders enhancing performance.

You’ll play a key role in scaling our organization through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, building high-performing teams aligned with our long-term vision. This role demands a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution, along with sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to partner effectively with leaders across diverse functions. Your impact will ensure we consistently attract and secure exceptional talent that propels our business forward.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment for executive roles (C-level, VP, Director) across both technical and operational teams.
  • Lead talent acquisition for upcoming M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) integration, ensuring seamless leadership continuity
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates for both technical roles (AI Solution Consultants, Deployment Engineers) and BPO leadership positions
  • Develop deep expertise in our technology and business model to effectively communicate our value proposition to high-caliber candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates who may not be actively looking. Stay connected to key players in both tech and BPO industries.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify the right skills and competencies needed for each role.
  • Evaluate candidates thoroughly through interviews and assessments that cover both technical skills and leadership potential. Use structured methods to ensure fair and effective evaluations.
  • Manage Offers and Negotiations that align with market standards and the company’s compensation structure.
  • Provide market insights and share updates on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry movements to help the business stay competitive and informed.
  • Continuously optimize recruitment workflows to make hiring more efficient, scalable, and candidate-friendly.

What We Expect From You:

  • 7+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of successful executive placements in high-growth technology companies
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for both technical leadership and operational roles
  • Experience supporting M&A talent integration activities
  • Strong understanding of AI and data science talent landscapes
  • Established network of connections within the tech and BPO sectors
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage executive-level talent
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
