what will you do:

    As an Analyst, you will work across lending functions, using data to support analysis and generate insights that inform decision-making across growth, and business operations. You will work with structured datasets to understand user behavior and funnel metrics, helping identify trends and patterns.

    You will collaborate with Senior Analysts to support analytical requests, assist in running experiments.

    • Support analytical requests from internal data team

    • Work with large datasets to extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL/Python

    • Build and maintain recurring reports and derive actionable insights from them

    • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies

    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data outputs

you should apply if you:

  • Have 1+ years of experience in analytics role

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

  • Are comfortable working on defined tasks as well as exploring new problems

  • Are looking to grow from execution-focused work to insight-driven contributions

  • Are able to adapt to changing requirements and handle shifting priorities
