what will you do?
- own end to end ideation, prioritization & execution of insurance growth campaigns across GTM surfaces and offer constructs
- design new campaign constructs that maximize reach across the due base of 2W and 4W users while improving exposure, relevance and conversion across funnel stages
- collaborate with partnerships teams in order to build and scale offer pipelines with insurers and allied partners and coordinate with engineering, design and ops / CMS teams to manage dev dependencies, creative assets, in app placements and campaign configuration for go-live
- own campaign hygiene including eligibility logic, offer configuration, timelines, QA, and post-launch validation
- own ideation and execution for sharpening ROI on insurance communications through cohort definition and targeting, narrative design and messaging frameworks, channel and frequency planning & comms calendars and asset requirements
- partner with central marketing and CRM teams to reduce noise and fatigue and improve conversion metrics
- continuously test, learn and iterate on narratives and targeting strategies
- use databricks/mixpanel extensively to analyze funnel performance, diagnose campaign performance issues & identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- form clear hypotheses, pull data using SQL / Python & translate insights into campaign tweaks, targeting changes & product or journey improvements
- build & maintain dashboards to track campaign contribution to TOFU and policy sales, defects or incidents from growth initiatives & conversion and drop-offs across key journeys
- act as the single threaded owner for execution across product, engineering, design, partnerships, marketing & analytics stakeholders
- troubleshoot & resolve operational issues such as quote unavailability, configuration errors, campaign misfires, or incorrect eligibility
- own RCA for incidents arising from growth initiatives and ensure preventive fixes
- maintain high operational rigour with clear SOPs & checklists for campaign launches
- publish daily & weekly updates covering campaign performance vs targets, funnel contribution and anomalies & defects or incidents from live initiatives
- proactively flag deviations and recommend corrective actions
