what is CRED?
CRED is an exclusive community for india’s most trustworthy and creditworthy individuals, where the members are rewarded for good financial behavior.
CRED was born out of a need to bring back the focus on a long lost virtue, one of trust, the idea being to create a community centered around this virtue. a community that constantly strives to become more virtuous in this regard till they finally scale their behavior to create a utopia where being trustworthy is the norm and not the exception. to build a community like this requires a community of its own; a community special in its own way, working towards making this vision come true.

what you will do:

  • setup proactive monitoring & alerting processes.
  • work with various operating and product functions to set up monitoring and promptly action on alerts as per sop.
  • collaborate with data science, engineering and customer support teams to resolve production issues and mitigate potential risks.
  • work with partners and setup robust integrations with their platform to drive the best outcome for CRED.
  • regularly talk to users to gather feedback.
  • help product team truth seek and publish rcas for deviation of product performance from expectations.
  • co-lead planning, strategy, execution & tracking of campaigns working with various stakeholders across teams & partners.
  • assist in setting up experiments for product changes and track the experiments to closure.
  • assist product team in setting up instrumentation for new product flows, setting up dashboards and internal tools for customer support and operations teams, and doing uat for new features.

you will be a great fit if

  • you have a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • you have 1-3 years experience in analytics, operations, project management, product management or a related role working on consumer facing products.
  • you can solve problems in a structured methodical manner and enjoy bringing methods to madness.
  • you have a detail-oriented mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and love to make things efficient by creating systems and processes. Bonus points if you have worked with automation tools like retool/zapier/autogpt.
  • you are comfortable working with technical teams and can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • you have an insane appetite to learn and like to pick-up new tools to solve problems. bonus points if you already know sql and have worked with tools like Mixpanel.
  • you can align a variety of stakeholders having different context and incentives.
  • you have good communication skills and can influence decisions without authority.
  • you have a bias for action with high ownership and like to see things through to closure and relish creating outcomes.
