what will you do?
- build a systematic, process driven approach to grow offline partnerships
- structure, negotiate, and execute win-win deals with leading brands across categories
- collaborate with product, marketing, analytics, and ops teams to co create high impact partner activations
- act as the voice of the partner internally, helping CRED teams understand merchant needs and influencing product evolution
- ensure seamless execution and reporting of partner commitments
- deliver an exceptional experience to members ~ ensuring high member NPS
you should apply if you:
- possess strong negotiation and storytelling ability
- have relationship building and networking expertise with offline plus digital brands
- have clear, persuasive communication across senior stakeholders and on ground partners
- have experience in partner management and business acumen with execution ownership
- possess 5+ years of experience in ad sales / client facing roles with reputed agencies or consumer tech firms, with retail or offline execution experience
- thrive in a high-ownership, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
