what is CRED?
CRED is an exclusive community for India’s most trustworthy and creditworthy individuals, where the members are rewarded for good financial behavior. what will you do:

  • take end-to-end ownership of the core Growth charter (including New User Activation, Reactivations, Cross-Sell, Renewals)
  • identify key opportunities, define strategy, and execute campaigns that move the needle on core metrics.
  • plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns across Push, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and in-app channels
  • maintain 100% accuracy and on-time delivery of campaigns, while driving continuous improvements to processes and playbooks
  • identify opportunities for growth through structured experimentation — from hypothesis to execution to analysis
  • scale successful experiments into ongoing initiatives.
  • work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Operations to ensure smooth and impactful campaign execution
  • help optimize internal tools and systems (CRM, Support Bots, Campaign Management Tools) to maximize efficiency.
  • track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key growth metrics
  • set up monitoring systems, dashboards, and alerts to proactively identify and fix issues.
  • implement processes with Central Operations to eliminate recurring issues and automate core workflows

you should apply if you have:

  • bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Campaign Management, or Project Management — ideally in Fintech, Insurtech, or Consumer Internet sectors
  • strong analytical mindset — ability to use data to drive decisions
  • eye for detail in campaign execution — from creative copy to targeting to timing
  • high ownership, self-starter attitude — ready to roll up sleeves and drive outcomes
  • fast learner with demonstrated ability to adopt new tools and systems
  • excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — can align cross-functional teams
  • thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
