what is CRED?

here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join the team.
What you will do:
- contract execution and management:
- manage spotdraft (or any successor contract lifecyle management (clm) software which CRED may adopt).
- initiate signing on negotiated agreement and follow up to ensure execution.
- coordinate with business teams and create new contracts from templates set up on the CLM tool.
- make sure all contract meta data is captured in clm tool.
- legal process optimization:
- identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of legal operations.
- automate manual workflows and create new workflows on CRED.
- Identify how the team can use ai.
- legal notices:
- scan all correspondence and file it.
- create summaries using AI.
- prepare draft replies.
- basic review: review basic agreements like nda using playbooks and ai tools
this role is for you if you are:
- you have experience creating operations processes and optimising them.
what will set you apart: (these are not deal-breakers)
- You have experience managing legal contracts on any CLM tool. Ideally if you have experience using Spotdraft.
- You have an interest in legal contracting and contract management, regardless of whether you have a legal degree.
- You have an interest in exploring AI tools for automating tasks.
