what is CRED?
CRED is an exclusive community for India’s most trustworthy and creditworthy individuals, where the members are rewarded for good financial behaviour.

what will you do?

  • collaborate with banks product and strategic alliances teams to build promotions and rewards that can be offered by banks to users of CRED, and vice versa
  • work with banks to build deep on-going engagements with important stakeholders across CRED’s important areas of business
  • work closely with local and international networks such as Visa, MasterCard, NPCI amongst others in areas such as new product development, product enhancements, marketing, analytics and operations
  • work with strategically important partners in building new initiatives that will benefit CRED and the partner both across digital payments, lending and retail banking, including identifying opportunities, scoping it, building partnership models around it, and getting stakeholder buy-ins
  • manage relationships with business heads and senior stakeholders at banks, as well as working level teams, and be an effective communicator who can form networks and make inroads into partner organisations
  • be abreast with key industry trends to identify early signals that could become opportunity or threat for our business
  • be updated about the latest innovations & regulations that impact CRED’s business
  • be a bridge between partners and different teams within CRED including product, engineering, ops, infosec, legal etc
  • collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across teams including product, business finance, design, technology, etc., in order to ensure smooth execution of projects as and when required
  • assist product, platform and operations teams in removing bottlenecks related to product development, deployment and operational challenges on a BAU basis, by leveraging influence with the relevant stakeholders of the banks or payment networks
  • represent CRED at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and foster new partnership opportunities

you should apply if you:

  • have 8+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech, with a successful track record in partnerships
  • are a self-starter, capable of working through ambiguity and taking on challenges independently
  • possess good knowledge about retail and consumer banking, digital payments, and key trends in the industry
  • have a strong network across different types of banks and financial institutions
  • demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • exhibit a strategic and creative mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth
  • show strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and interpret key business drivers
  • are knowledgeable about relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to banking and payments
