what is CRED?

here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join us.
what will you do?
- responsible for managing key partner relationships across a set of Banks and FIs for existing as well as new to be launched CRED products and services for the set of clients managed
- lead relationships with a set of FIs with the aim of enhancing CRED's engagement and revenue drivers
- deepen existing client relationships and drive new product implementations including building project plans and tracking implementations as per these plans for any new products or partners
- expand charter by enabling new cross-sell partnerships with new partners including scoping areas to work together and managing end to end enablement including onboarding documentation and empanelment with banking partners etc
- managing relationships with product heads at banks as well as working level teams
- drive operational excellence by driving resolution of operational issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on user experience
- be the principal point of contact for a set of FIs with focus on driving delivery
- be an effective communicator who can form networks and make inroads into partner organisations
- be updated about the latest innovations and regulations that impact CRED’s business
- be a bridge between partners and different teams within CRED including product, engineering, ops infosec, legal etc
- collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across teams including product business finance design technology etc in order to ensure smooth execution of projects as and when required
- assist product platform and operations teams in removing bottlenecks related to product development deployment and operational challenges on a BAU basis by leveraging influence with the relevant stakeholders of the banks
you should apply if you:
- possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial institutions in a product or a product-led relationship management role (for example, UPI partnerships, credit card distribution partnerships, lending partnerships etc)
- have experience managing financial/payment product implementations or project management in payment gateways
- have a track record of success in delivering outcomes in an external stakeholder management and product role
- possess a strong bias for action with a long-term vision
- have a keen interest in the world of banking and payments
- have prior project management skills to meticulously track initiatives, campaigns, and programs across different stakeholders
