here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join the store operations team

what will you do?

  • execute campaigns: be the SPOC and execute the planned campaigns for CRED store farm
  • data analysis: use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to ongoing campaigns
  • campaign optimization: continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics
  • new properties - testing + execution: identify any issues or feasibility concerns and address them promptly
  • design & copy briefs - collaborate with design and copywriting teams to create compelling campaign materials
  • customer success x store campaign escalations: handle and resolve customer service escalations related to store campaigns
  • maintaining quality: implement necessary price checks on the inputs to ensure accuracy and consistency in pricing across campaigns
  • process development & automation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust campaign processes that streamline operations and enhance efficiency

you should apply if you:

  • possess a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing / ecommerce background
  • are someone with excellent analytical ability and proficient with excel, SQL
  • come with a prior experience in the capacity of a campaign management/ process excellence
  • are able to work within areas of ambiguity and work with the team to establish a long-term solution
  • have the ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution
  • come with a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
