what is CRED?
CRED is an exclusive community for India's most trustworthy and creditworthy individuals, where the members are rewarded for good financial behaviour.

here's what will be in store for you at CRED once you join the team

what you will do?

  • liaise with banks and other related stakeholders such as regulators, networks, fintechs, PGs etc
  • execute operations/implementation of payment products/projects
  • responsible for formalities of the engagements such as agreements, invoice management etc
  • ensure compliance to regulatory norms related to our products
  • facilitate other support and maintenance related engagements with partners
  • maintain good relationships with key stakeholders of payment ecosystem that includes banks, regulators, networks, fintech etc
  • be updated about latest innovation, regulations that impacts CRED’s business
  • work with payments product team on new developments/use cases, competition and regulations
  • understand product narrative and value proposition by closely engaging with product teams
  • coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders across teams (including platform, product, design, technology etc) in order to ensure smooth execution of projects as and when required
  • research on products and associated regulations that has impact on engagements with banks

you should apply if you:

  • have 3+ years of experience in managing banking/fintech alliances for product engagements
  • possess good flare and aptitude to understand payment products in detail in order to drive engagements effectively
  • have strong relationship management, presentation and negotiation skills
  • have strong bias for action with long term vision
  • have good knowledge of digital banking products, it will be an added advantage
  • have aptitude for the organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast-paced environment
