About the Position
As the designated International member of our in-house IT team, you will provide excellent Tier 2/Tier 3 IT Service Desk support to all International users, solving complex issues escalated to you by our outsourced Tier 1 IT Service Desk vendor. You will also assist with purchasing laptops for users across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. This role will have significant global responsibility for day-to-day user onboarding and laptop asset management tasks. You will establish and maintain a strong endpoint (laptop) security posture by leveraging automation and industry best practices by managing endpoints via MDM/UEM tools.
Contrast Security’s IT stack is 100% SaaS-based with no legacy on-prem infrastructure. This position is an individual contributor and reports to the Manager of IT Infrastructure and Operations.
