About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR (India) to help us build high-performing teams across our India operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own end-to-end hiring, partner closely with hiring managers, and bring structure and predictability to how we hire at scale—without compromising on quality.

This full-time position requires working 5 days a week from our Gurugram office.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions (Ops/RCM, corporate roles, and/or tech roles depending on coverage), from intake to offer release and joining.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, must-haves vs trainables, interview plans, and evaluation scorecards.

  • Build strong pipelines through sourcing channels including portals, referrals, vendor partners, internal databases, and targeted outreach.

  • Drive weekly hiring rhythms: pipeline reviews, interview scheduling, feedback SLAs, and closure plans to meet hiring targets.

  • Improve hiring funnel efficiency by tracking conversion rates, drop-off reasons, time-to-fill, offer-to-join, and recommending changes based on data.

  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and strong coordination across interview rounds.

  • Manage offer process end-to-end including compensation alignment, documentation collection, approvals, and joining follow-up to reduce offer drop-offs.

  • Maintain clean hiring data in the ATS and trackers, ensuring accurate reporting and visibility for stakeholders.

  • Support broader HR initiatives as needed (e.g., onboarding coordination, hiring process documentation, employer branding support).

What You Have

  • 2–5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume hiring environments (BPO/operations/healthcare/RCM) and/or fast-paced corporate hiring.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills—able to influence hiring decisions and drive process discipline with hiring managers and interview panels.

  • Proven ability to hire across multiple levels (entry-level to mid-senior) and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort with structured screening, including must-have vs trainable assessment and salary expectation alignment.

  • Strong execution and follow-through—comfortable with high ownership, ambiguity, and fast turnaround timelines.

  • Working knowledge of ATS tools and hiring trackers (e.g., Ashby, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, spreadsheets).

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a candidate-first mindset.

  • Experience working in a US-facing or global setup is a plus.

Commure is committed to creating and fostering a diverse team. We are open to all backgrounds and levels of experience, and believe that great people can always find a place. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to all applicants throughout the application process.
