About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer – Automation & Platforms to design, scale, and optimize automation frameworks and internal tools for high-impact healthcare technology operations. You will work with Python, Selenium, JavaScript, APIs, and databases to build reliable automation systems and support technical workflows.

What You’ll Do

Automation & Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Python and Selenium.

  • Build internal tools, dashboards, and browser utilities using JavaScript.

  • Integrate automation workflows with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.

  • Debug issues, improve test coverage, and optimize performance.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architecture reviews.

  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support automation needs.

Task Management & Documentation

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.

  • Maintain documentation for tools, workflows, and automation logic.

  • Manage tasks independently and maintain high engineering quality.

What You Have

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–4+ years of experience in software engineering or automation engineering.

  • Strong background in delivering production-grade automation tools or frameworks.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python and Selenium.

  • Solid experience using JavaScript for internal tools or browser utilities.

  • Understanding of SQL, API integrations, and version control (Git).

  • Ability to work independently and handle night-shift workflows.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset.
