About the Role
We are seeking an Entry-Level Software Engineer-Automation & Tools who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a high-impact healthcare technology environment. You will work with Python, Selenium, and JavaScript to build automation scripts, support tooling, and improve operational workflows. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who want hands-on experience building real-world systems that support healthcare operations at scale.
If you enjoy writing clean code, experimenting with automation, and collaborating with engineers to solve technical problems, this role will give you hands-on experience in a high-impact environment.
What You’ll Do
Automation & Development
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Selenium.
Build basic internal tools and browser utilities with JavaScript.
Assist with debugging, bug fixing, and optimizing automation workflows.
Collaboration
Work with mid- and senior-level engineers to break down requirements into tasks.
Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to support automation needs.
Task Management & Documentation
Document code, workflows, and test steps clearly.
Track tasks accurately and provide timely updates.
What You Have
Education
Bachelor’s degree in CSE, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
0–1.5 years of experience (internships/projects acceptable).
Skills
Foundational knowledge of Python, Selenium, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with web automation concepts (locators, DOM interaction, web drivers).
Basic understanding of REST APIs, Git, and debugging workflows.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
