As a Senior Operations Manager focused on Patient Eligibility within our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product line, you will lead a lean team driving operational excellence, process efficiency, and business metric performance. This role sits at the intersection of Operations, Product, and Engineering—making it a high-impact opportunity to shape both internal processes and external-facing product roadmap and strategy.

This role is ideal for a data-driven operator with strong leadership skills, a bias for action, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
This full-time position requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.
What You'll Do
Lead and scale a high-performing operations team, setting and driving execution against OKRs tied to Patient Eligibility workflows.
Own end-to-end delivery of internal ops initiatives, from identifying improvement opportunities to implementing scalable solutions.
Analyze and optimize key cost drivers, implement cost-saving initiatives, and oversee the automation of repetitive workflows.
Surface insights from operational trends and customer feedback to inform the product roadmap—working closely with Product and Engineering to shape development priorities.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, Billing, Account Management, and Launcher teams to drive successful implementations and cross-team alignment.
Support offshore team operations, including hiring, training, and ongoing performance management.
Build and refine scalable processes to ensure we meet quality, efficiency, and growth goals as we scale.
Monitor and report on key metrics, identifying bottlenecks and proactively solving business challenges before they escalate.
Synthesize complex issues into actionable insights and clearly communicate recommendations, risks, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders.
What You Have
5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, product management, or operations at a fast-growing SaaS or tech-enabled company.
Proven experience leading teams and managing direct reports to high performance.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
(A basic SQL assessment will be part of the interview process.)
Deep operational instincts and a sharp eye for inefficiencies, with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
A track record of managing and delivering cross-functional projects under tight timelines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in working with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external clients.
Comfort operating autonomously, prioritizing effectively, and navigating ambiguity.
Experience building systems, workflows, or documentation that help teams scale efficiently.
Experience using tools like Retool, G Suite, and other internal ops platforms.
Experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare operations space is a strong plus.
