We’re excited to bring together the top minds in technology, healthcare, and design to help us empower every person in the health ecosystem to deliver exceptional care.

If you share our commitment to improving healthcare innovation and value close partnerships between developers and doctors, come work with us.

Role Summary

Commure is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our Marketing Team and play a key role in day-to-day marketing operations for Commure. You will wear many hats, and be the heart of keeping our entire marketing team organized. This includes marketing tech coordination, campaign analytics and KPI tracking, and event project management and execution.

Reporting into the Demand Gen Manager, you will master juggling the fundamentals of a best-in-class marketing operation, including managing marketing trackers and templates, structuring and deploying email campaigns, organizing and coordinating key aspects of trade shows and customer facing events (both in person and virtual), and helping us track ROI and lead data from all our efforts. Your role is important, because digital campaigns and trade shows are foundational components of our lead generation efforts.

We need your help making sure the nuts and bolts of all of these efforts are flawlessly operationalized, and accurately tracked and presented internally.

We are a welcoming and diverse team with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. If you share our commitment to improving healthcare innovation and are excited to build the technical foundation that will accelerate that innovation, come work with us!

This is a remote-first position, and we are able to hire remotely across various regions within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders in sales and marketing to target and nurture leads to help fill the pipeline and gain new customers. A successful email campaign creates brand awareness, generates attendees to a webinar or event, or might even spark a conversation and demo request, leading to a new sale

  • Work with vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure that everything goes smoothly at each touchpoint. A successful corporate event helps Commure build strong relationships with our stakeholders; including employees, customers, shareholders, investors and the media.

  • Work closely with sales operations to execute a seamless digital-first lead management process and to update the reporting structure within our Salesforce platform

  • Provide support for planned webinars and booked fall trade shows

  • Structure and deploy email campaigns for new business prospecting, nurture activity, and pre/post-event promotion

  • Coordinate many aspects of national and regional trade shows, including supporting the administrative tasks such as travel, onsite schedules, expense reports, and post-event reconciliation

  • Manage internal team trackers and organizational structures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of experience

  • Background in healthcare IT and marketing operations are a significant plus

  • Strong technical skills; prior experience with technology support preferred, or an aptitude for learning technology quickly

  • Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) — or, better yet, the equivalent tools hosted by Google Suite

  • Advanced Excel/Google sheets experience a plus

  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce a plus

  • Experience with Smartsheets or other project management platforms a plus

  • Experience with Google drive a plus

The salary range that Commure reasonably expects to pay for this position is $56,400-$89,250. Actual salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to your salary, Commure also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for employees such as equity, a comprehensive benefits package, and flexible time off.

Benefits Include

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage
  • FSA & HSA accounts
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Flexible Time Off
  • 401k

Commure is committed to creating and fostering a diverse team. We are open to all backgrounds and levels of experience, and believe that great people can always find a place. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to all applicants throughout the application process.
