As our 3D Visual Designer on the Design Team, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting and executing 3D visualizations that capture the essence of our brand, products, and innovations. This role is located at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters, or remotely within the US. Onsite in Santa Clara, CA is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and refine 3D visual art that complements and enhances our brand narratives.
• Influence other visual assets and overall design strategy to ensure cohesive brand representation.
• Spearhead the creation of high-quality 3D visualizations that range from low to high fidelity.
• Oversee both internal and external communication projects, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and effectively convey our technological innovations and brand values.
• Assist in concept CAD, helping to visualize and iterate CAD for 3D visualization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Digital Media, Motion and Animation, or a related field.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-quality 3D rendering and animation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record in product launch visualizations.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and executing 3D animations and static images for product launches.
• Experience in visualizing complex technologies within an industrial design context.
• Understanding of the technical and aesthetic aspects necessary to effectively convey intricate concepts.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and animation tools, such as Autodesk Maya, 3DS Max, Blender, or similar, to create detailed and accurate visual representations.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$140,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and experience level. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in Santa Clara, CA. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
